Book 3: Transforming Organizational Culture with Purpose and Intent

Through awareness, we begin to see more clearly. Through connection, we rediscover who we truly are and strengthen our relationships with others. Through application, we transform understanding into lasting change.

Awareness, Connection, and Application form the central theme and journey of the Awakening the Genie Within trilogy.

Transforming Organizational Culture with Purpose and Intent

Every organization has a culture, whether it has been consciously created or simply allowed to evolve. That culture influences how people communicate, make decisions, respond to change, contribute ideas, and work together toward a shared purpose.

Transforming Organizational Culture with Purpose and Intent explores four interconnected factors that influence organizational success: Commitment, Culture, Circumstances, and Capital—the Four Cs. While culture is its central focus, Book Three also examines how greater participation and involvement can strengthen commitment and how tactical and strategic planning can help organizations anticipate and respond to changing circumstances.

At the heart of the process is what I call the Collective Genie, the combined knowledge, experience, creativity, and potential of the people within an organization. Whether leadership listens to that voice or not, it will be heard. The challenge is to create an environment where people feel safe to question, contribute, and help shape the organization’s future.

Through practical worksheets, facilitated discussions, shared values, strategic planning, and the implementation of a Change Team, Book Three provides a step-by-step process for turning collective awareness into meaningful action.

When people, purpose, and culture become aligned, organizations can do more than survive. They can flourish.
